Heather Fry MS, APRN, FNP-C
Founder, Advanced Aesthetic Injector & Wellness Provider
Heather Fry is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with 15+ years of experience in the medical field. She is the founder of Unify Aesthetics & Wellness and passionate about bringing unification of wellness and beauty to her patients. She places a high value on being able to share her God given gifts & calling to the medical field she feels Christ placed on her life at a young age.
Her enthusiasm and interest in the aesthetic industry is sparked by her family background in the beauty industry that goes back two generations. Heather specializes in all things injectables and skin care focusing on full facial balance. Always cutting edge, Heather is devoted to continuing education to refine and dial in her craft. Heather is comprehensive in her approach, addressing the aging process and tailoring a treatment plan that best fits your beauty desires. Her training includes certification through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Academy for Injection Anatomy Cadaver Course, Master Expert Series through Allergan, Galderma and a series of private training throughout her last 5 years of pursuing her passion for Aesthetics.
Her background in family medicine, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss and wellness maintenance has fueled her passion to offer wellness services to her established patients. She is completing her fellowship through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine to bring the latest research and functional medicine practices to her adored patients.
Dr. Lindsay Dowis
Medical Director & Wellness Provider
Dr. Lindsay Dowis is a Family Medicine Physician in Dahlonega, GA and has over 17 years of experience in the medical field. She completed medical school at PCOM in the Atlanta metro of Georgia, and completed internship and residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Dr Dowis has worked in outpatient primary care since residency graduation, along with inpatient hospital work. She has been a regional medical director for the Mission Health Hospital System in western North Carolina. Most recently she has owned and operated two urgent and primary care practices in north Georgia with her husband. Dr. Lindsay Dowis has a passion for functional medicine and advocating for optimal wellness for her robust patient following. She brings a wealth of knowledge to Unify Aesthetics & Wellness with her entrepreneurial experience with starting and running her own practices. Dr. Lindsay Dowis is also passionate about helping women look and feel their best with the most natural approach which has fueled her enthusiasm for aesthetics. She has expanded her training into aesthetics and enjoys the confidence it can offer patients. Her favorite thing about medicine has always been, and will continue to be, building relationships with patients and sharing in their health successes. Unify is elated to have her valuable experience to better serve our patients.
Melissa Coolidge BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector & Wellness Coach
Melissa is the new smiling face you’ll see when you come to Unify! With a background rooted in the nurturing environment of Labor and Delivery, her journey has been guided by a profound dedication to women’s health and wellness. She is committed to helping her patient's look and feel their best by providing solutions to enhance natural features. Melissa graduated with Honors from the University of North Georgia with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She has been awarded the "Daisy Award" which honors exceptional nurses and their dedication to their bedside care. She has plans to expand her knowledge as a Family Nurse Practitioner this year to go on to provide wellness services.
Melissa is certified through Empire Medical Training for Botox and Dermal Fillers as well as Cartessa for the CO2 laser. Melissa is so thrilled to join the Unify Team and strives to create a warm and welcoming environment where trust and open communication is paramount. Her artistic eye and enthusiasm for aesthetics will immediately make you comfortable when you sit in her chair. Her core values include ensuring every patient feels heard, valued, and empowered through their aesthetic journey. She is eager to guide YOU on your aesthetic and wellness path to optimal you!
Lizz Rich
Patient Care Specialist & Weight Management Health Coach
Lizz is the kind greeting you receive over the phone while coordinating your aesthetic & wellness appointments. Lizz’s passion for health and wellness started at a young age. She has a natural affinity for caring for others & is the fuel for caring for our patients. In 2014 she completed her personal training and nutrition certification from Atlanta School of Massage. She focused her efforts on helping women transform their lives through fitness and clean eating. She spent 5 years as a personal trainer for a female exclusive fitness company. Lizz is most looking forward to watching other women increase their confidence by putting their best face forward. We are lucky to have her caring for our most valued patients!
Garrett Fry, MBA

Garrett Fry is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and proudly served our country early in his career. His natural affinity for entrepreneurship brings a valuable perspective to Unify. Being a business owner himself of GRJ OFFROAD in Dahlonega, GA for almost 10 years, he understands the nuances of small business and has built his success around staying "customer centric". At Unify, Garrett says "Customer is Queen". He is proud to be assisting his wife, Heather, on her journey of small business ownership & have a front row seat to her successes. As a family of 3 small children, Garrett's passion for small business ownership is fueled by the drive to leave a legacy for their children & lead by example in their current pursuits to make a positive impact with their God given talents in their local community.

During your consultation, you will receive a customized treatment plan which will include your pricing.
Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3-4 months and is dose dependent.
Dermal filler treatment plans are customized during your consultation and vary based on your area of concern. Pricing will be discussed at your consultation.
Dermal filler lasts anywhere from 6 months to 2 years and is dependent on area of injection, amount, product selection and lifestyle choices.
